Riot Games will host its first international League of Legends: Wild Rift tournament in Singapore. The Wild Rift Horizon Cup will conclude the 2021 preseason on November 13, with the finals on November 21. This is Riot Games’ first esports tournament for mobile gaming.

Eight regions from around the world have already qualified for the Wild Rift Horizon Cup by competing in regional tournaments. The top ten teams from the regional qualifiers will compete for the international title at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Center. The tournament’s prize pool and format have yet to be announced.
In a press release, Leo Faria, global head of Wild Rift Esports, said, “The Wild Rift Horizon Cup is the first of many steps we will take to show how committed we are to our mobile fans around the world.” “We’re looking forward to sharing more of what we’ve been working on for the sport’s future later this year.”
Fans of Riot Games will not be surprised to learn that there will be an international tournament for Wild Rift. As a competitive esport on a global scale, the mobile game joins the ranks of Valorant and League of Legends. This year, League of Legends: Wild Rift was released in multiple regions, demonstrating the company’s commitment to the esports scene.
League of Legends: Wild Rift is a reimagining of League of Legends built from the ground up for consoles and mobile devices. Over 70 iconic League of Legends characters have already been added to the game, with two new champions added every month.
