MPHTC has announced that its mWell health and wellness app would be available in the Philippines soon.

According to MPIC, the mWell app is designed to meet every Filipino’s need for treatment and care amid the pandemic, connecting people with doctors and medical experts difficult. It also aims to change healthcare delivery by offering online doctor consultations, health education, wellness programs, and online pharmacy services, among other things.
mWell is a mobile app backed by some of the most well-known companies in the healthcare, wellness, and technology industries. For mWell doctors and patients, CareSpan’s Clinic in the Cloud integrates digital care tools, capabilities, and data. For a seamless, end-to-end customer experience, LotusFlare’s cloud-native IT digital enablement platform. mWell has addressed COVID-19 problems, diagnosis, care, and therapies thanks to Ping An’s healthcare technologies. Medicard, a leading HMO, offers COVID-19 testing services.
South Star Drug is mWell’s first e-Pharmacy partner, offering OTC medications and more. Doctors have been introduced to the mWell Ecosystem through CareSpan, Keralty Clinics, and Philcare. Apart from online video consultations with these qualified doctors, users of the mWell app may access health information on various topics, including COVID-19, chronic illness management, pregnancy concerns, and online exercise, nutrition, and wellness programs. Patients can also use the mWell app’s e-pharmacy and an online shop to order drugs and other health supplies.
According to MPIC, mWell has worked with committed specialists such as active8me, a digital health and wellness program, and theAsianparent, a go-to platform for smart parenting solutions, to provide full care and support. Users of mWell can shop for over three thousand health and wellness products at Adobomall’s e-store, which PayMaya powers.

PLDT Home subscribers can get a free doctor video consultation with mWell doctors as an initial offer. Following the online check-up, mWell users can utilize the e-pharma feature in the mWell app to order over-the-counter drugs from South Star Drug and have them delivered to their selected address.
