ASUS Partners with Microsoft for Windows 11 Upgrade

ASUS and Microsoft officially announced their cooperation today, ensuring that customers of new and current ASUS PCs are ready for the launch of Windows 11 when it becomes available. Asus claims that after Windows 11 is released, hundreds of compatible ASUS devices, including the latest Zenbook models, will be eligible for a free upgrade to the new operating system.

After Windows 11 is released, all newly acquired ASUS Windows 10 devices on this upgrade list and many current eligible ASUS Windows 10 devices will be suitable for an update. Users of the Zenbook Pro Duo 15 OLED (UX582), Zenbook Duo 14 (UX482), Zenbook Flip 13 OLED (UX363), and Zenbook 13 OLED (UX325) devices, as well as new customers, will be eligible for the upgrade to Windows 11.

Hundreds of other ASUS models, including ProArt Studio book, Zenbook, Vivobook notebooks, ROG Strix, ROG Zephyrus, ROG Flow gaming laptops, and TUF Gaming laptops and desktops, will be eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11. According to the brand, numerous ExpertBook laptops and ExpertCenter desktops, as well as many Zen AiO and Vivo AiO models and ASUS Mini PCs, will be qualified.
