DJI Neo: a palm-sized drone for vlogs

DJI has just launched the DJI Neo, a sleek and portable drone crafted with content creators and newcomers in mind.

At just 135 grammes, the Neo stands out as DJI’s tiniest and lightest drone, offering unmatched portability and ease of use. A remarkable feature is its capability to take off and land right from your hand.

The Neo features advanced AI algorithms that enable automatic subject tracking, perfect for capturing your adventures while cycling, hiking, or skateboarding.

The drone comes equipped with six pre-set flight modes—Dronie, Circle, Spotlight, Rocket, Helix, and Boomerang—making it easy for users to capture imaginative footage with just a tap.

Even though it's small, the Neo impressively captures 4K video at 30 fps, featuring stabilisation to minimise shakes and ensure clear images. This device comes with 22GB of internal storage, allowing you to store approximately 40 minutes of 4K video.

The Neo provides seamless connectivity and control by linking to smartphones through Wi-Fi, with an impressive range of up to 50 meters. A remote control option, the RC-N3, is available for those seeking a longer range of 10 km and a classic control stick experience.

The Neo features a built-in microphone that pairs seamlessly with the DJI Fly app, allowing for audio recording while

you’re in the air. Moreover, the convenience of Wi-Fi enables swift video transfers to the app, making editing and sharing a breeze. The battery offers a
maximum of 18 minutes of flight time.

The DJI Neo comes with a price tag of PHP 18,999 for theFly More Combopackage, while the standalone unit is available for PHP 10,799.
