Apple has recently announced that the iOS and iPadOS 17.3 beta version 2 update has been temporarily withdrawn, according to their developer documentations. There have been several reports indicating that the update has caused issues with device booting.
If users encounter any issues, they may need to access Recovery Mode to revert the update by selecting a previous version of the iOS or iPadOS.
