In the past few hours, numerous BPI account holders have reported unauthorized transactions (debits or deductions) on their personal savings accounts.

Multiple small withdrawals were reported that are unaccounted for or unexplained.
Multiple individuals have reported similar transactions in their accounts. Currently, the BPI app and website are unavailable, inaccessible, or unstable (perhaps due to the sudden volume of people logging in and checking their accounts).
We have examined three of our four BPI accounts and have found no unexplained deductions or withdrawals. We have yet to examine the fourth (the account with the most activity), but the BPI app is not very responsive.
