Twitter Circle, a new feature that enables users to Tweet to a smaller audience, is now available to everyone.

This feature allows you to Tweet information that you’d rather keep private amongst a select group of people or close coworkers rather than all of your followers or the whole Twitter community.

Twitter Circle was first rumored to be being tested by certain users back in May.
The tool operates similarly to Instagram’s “Close Friends” Story feature, which allows you to share stories with certain people.
Twitter Circle will allow users to join up to 150 people to their Circle, regardless of whether or not they follow you.
When creating a Tweet, there is a dropdown menu at the upper left next to your profile picture, choose it, and then tap “Twitter Circle.”
After choosing the previously stated dropdown menu, select “edit” below the “Twitter Circle” option to add people to your Circle.
