Twitter rolls out a global downvote test

The testing of Twitter’s downvote tool has been expanded globally. In July 2021, the function was initially disclosed.

The downvote feature will be available on the web and will be available for iOS and Android in the near future. Once implemented, users will be able to downvote tweet answers by clicking on the down arrow next to the “like” button.

This, according to the social media site, will help us learn about the material that people desire to see. Downvotes, on the other hand, aren’t visible.

To summarize, Twitter stated in July that they are experimenting with this to see what types of responses users find relevant in a conversation.
