PlayStation is gradually rolling out the ability to link a user’s Discord account to their PlayStation Network account and display their Playstation 4 or Playstation 5 game activity in their game profile.

Users can now show others what game they’re playing, just like they can on a PC. Users can also choose to display their PlayStation Network online ID on their profile so that their Discord friends can add them to the game and play with them.
Users simply open Discord and go to User Settings, then Connections on their desktop or browser to connect their Discord account to their PlayStation Network account. Go to User Settings and then Connections on your mobile device. Users will notice a new PlayStation icon on this page.

A browser window will appear, prompting you to authorize using your PlayStation account. Users can sign in to their accounts using this method.
Once connected, the user’s PlayStation Network account will have two new options: Display PlayStation Network as your status and on your profile. After that, the game you’re playing will be visible to everyone on their user profiles.
The ability to link a Discord account to a PlayStation Network account will be available starting today on all Discord platforms, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and the web app.
