The Philippine election in 2022 has been scheduled, and both politicians and Filipino citizens are preparing for it.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has extended the voter registration deadline from September 30 to October 30. Following that, you may wish to verify your voter registration status; here’s how.
Checking your registration status is only useful for new voters or those who have moved. If you voted in 2019, you’re good to go.
Furthermore, there is no easily available database where you may verify your status. The methods and actions we’ll teach you necessitate communication with a COMELEC person, so don’t expect it to be instant. So, without further ado, let’s get started.
Method 1: Send an email to COMELEC
Step 1: Open your phone’s email app or a web browser on a desktop computer to access your email.
Step 2: Make a new email. Enter itd@comelec.gov.ph in the “Send To” area.
Step 3: In the email’s body, provide your:
- Complete name (middle name included)
- Date of birth, Address
- Contact Number
- Place of Registration
- Date of registration (year)
Step 4: Please send the email. You should receive a response through email within 3 to 7 days.
Method 2: Visit a COMELEC field office
Given the current state of the health-care system, this may not be the best option. Still, there are some advantages to physically visiting a COMELEC office, such as chatting with a person who should be able to answer your questions better, faster, and more clearly.
You can find the nearest COMELEC field office in your region by clicking here.
Method 3: Call COMELEC hotlines
The quickest way is to contact COMELEC through its hotlines. That way, you can speak with a representative who should also be able to answer any additional questions you may have.
