DJI has officially unveiled the DJI Mavic 3

DJI has unveiled the DJI Mavic 3, the latest addition to their Mavic series.

A 20MP 4/3 CMOS camera with a 24mm prime lens and a 162mm telephoto lens is included in the DJI Mavic 3. It also has a 28x hybrid zoom, 12.8 stops of dynamic range, and apertures of f/2.8 to f/11 that can be adjusted.

The new Mavic model can record at a maximum of 120 frames per second in 4K and 50 frames per second in 5.1K. It also comes with an improved Mavic 3 Cine edition that includes Apple ProRes 422 HQ encoding and a 10-bit D-Log color profile. It has a 1TB SSD capacity for storage.

It has a battery life of up to 46 minutes of continuous flight and a range of 200 meters. Its omnidirectional obstacle sensor, which allows for smart anti-collision, enhances the latter.

It also includes ActiveTrack 5.0, which claims to track subjects accurately in forward, backward, left, right, and diagonal directions. In terms of GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou provide precision positioning.

The DJI Mavic 3 is priced at USD 2,199 and can be purchased from DJI’s official website.
