Globe Continues to Improve Mobile Data Consistency Score for Three Quarters in a Row in 2021

Globe maintained its upward trend, improving its mobile consistency score for three consecutive quarters this year as part of its persistent commitment to provide first-world connection to Filipinos.

According to Ooklathird ®’s quarter study of Speedtest Intelligence® data in the Philippines, Globe received a countrywide consistency score of 76.64, up from 75.98 in the second quarter and 70.43 in the first three months of 2021. Even in the fourth quarter of the previous year, Globe’s score increased to 60.82 from 56.83 the previous quarter*.

The amount of tests taken that are faster than a specified speed threshold determines the mobile consistency score. The higher the figures, the more probable it is that consumers will have satisfactory internet performance and quality.

“We will continue to improve our network and leverage advanced technologies such as 5G to provide a better service experience for our consumers.” More than that, we are leading a number of projects to improve the lives of our fellow Filipinos through digital technology,” stated Ernest Cu, President and CEO of Globe.
