GigaHello, an innovative way to enjoy Smart’s fastest data network as soon as subscribers activate a Smart Prepaid or TNT 5G-ready SIM, is boosting the GigaLife experience as more Filipinos take their daily activities online, according to leading mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart).
GigaHello welcomes users with up to 9 GB of free data, as well as unlimited calls and texts to all networks – the major bonuses that make it so much easier for Smart subscribers to fulfill all of their connectivity needs right once.

GigaHello to new subscribers
Subscribers will receive extra data, calls, and texts as they progress through their Smart journey: from activating their SIM to registering for the GigaLife App, topping up their account, and registering for promos.
Subscribers get 1 GB of open-access data, up to 30 minutes of calls to all networks, and 100 texts to all networks valid for three days when they activate the new Smart SIM, which they can use right away to access their favorite apps, browse their favorite websites, and connect with friends and loved ones via calls and texts.
After successfully registering for the GigaLife App, users will receive an additional 1 GB of open-access data valid for 3 days as well as 10 GigaPoints. In addition, clients who top up at least Php100 in load or subscribe to Php100 in promos within 7 days of activating their new SIM will receive extra 7 GB of the GIGA pack of their choosing, as well as 100 minutes of calls to all networks valid for 7 days.

The GigaLife App, which is available on Google Play and Apple App Stores, enables users simple access to Smart’s most extensive array of data, call, text, and other special deals. GIGA offers, Unli Allnet Calls and Texts offers, Magic Data for non-expiring data for all sites, and the innovative Unli Giga and Unli 5G offers for non-stop access to blazing-fast mobile internet connection, to name a few, are among them.
Subscribers may receive the best value by using the GigaLife App to choose and buy the offer that best suits their passions and lifestyle at any time and from anywhere. Users can also use the GigaLife App to check their account and promo balances, pay their bills, and track their data consumption.
Subscribers earn and accumulate GigaPoints every time they register for promotions, pay their bills, or transact on the GigaLife App, which they can use to redeem data prizes, discounts, and other unique privileges.
Smart members, for example, were able to put their GigaPoints to good use last May when they used them to redeem the unique limited-edition Smart + BTS photocards. Smart members can now trade their GigaPoints for cheap data deals once a month.
Smarter way to pay on the GigaLife App through GigaPay
Smart members can also earn and accrue extra GigaPoints when they use GigaPay with PayMaya, the GigaLife App’s new convenient payment option.
Customers can link their PayMaya account to the GigaLife App and use it as their payment source for all in-app transactions using GigaPay. Buying promos on the app becomes easier and more smooth in this way — there’s no need to transfer between applications or log into numerous accounts merely to top up one’s Smart account. Smart customers can also use GigaPay to reload at any of the PayMaya cash-in locations across the country and keep track of their transaction history to stay on top of their bills.
