For this CSR program, TECNO Mobile donated to three partner beneficiaries that represent diverse pillars of the community. Through the Mayor’s Office of Iscomoleno, from Inan Lupine Pangako Parish, Project Marasakit, Manila City. Each beneficiary had their own delivery ceremony, with the first one taking place on July 13 in the Parish of Inan Lu Pampangaco.

Located in the heart of Bgy. Due to its proximity to open places for solid waste disposal, Payatas is considered an unsafe location to reside. Inan Lupine Pampanga Diocese exists. The church’s leaders and volunteers are supported by donations from various organizations in order to provide education and employment possibilities to the city of Payatas’ underprivileged communities. The second delivery ceremony, this time with Project Malasakit as the beneficiary, took place on July 13th at the Tikme Dine restaurant in Quezon City. Project Marasakit is a scholarship program with the goal of bridging the gap between Filipinos who wish to help and Filipino youngsters who require assistance. The purpose is to provide good education to these youngsters so that they can alter their lives for the better in the future. TECNO Mobile Limited’s Philippine brand marketing director Jason Liang presented founder Kara David and two scholars Lilian Ambrocio and Mauwe Liwanag with thirty TECNO Mobile cellphones and 100,000 Philippine pesos.

The donation was finally delivered on August 6th to the Manila Mayor’s Iscomoleno office. Mayor Isko handles local hotlines, responds to inquiries, and coordinates projects like recent vaccine deployments with the help of a team of volunteer teachers in local public schools. A selfie photo advocacy campaign has also been created, encouraging people to post and participate in their selfies on social media. Anyone can participate by uploading a selfie to Facebook. The photo must be captioned with #TECNOMobileCares, #CtheBestofYou, and #SelfieAdvocacy, as well as a brief description of the advocacy.
