RuneScape, the popular PC MMORPG, has arrived for iOS and Android, bringing the open, fantasy world to mobile.
Jagex created and distributed RuneScape, a fantasy MMORPG that was first released for the PC in January 2001. With the release of the mobile app, all of the missions, characters, mythology, and locales from the live game’s 20-year history are an available and full cross-platform play between PC, Steam, and iOS and Android devices.
RuneScape is entirely free to download and play. However, those who pay for membership will gain access to the whole world map and 8 new skills, and over 120 additional tasks. RuneScape is giving a free 7-day trial for new users to try out the perks of membership.
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store both have RuneScape available for download.
