In the Philippines, Converge, Globe, and PLDT are tied for first place in Netflix’s ISP Speed Index for May 2021.
According to Netflix’s most recent ISP Speed Index, Converge ICT Solution, Globe, and PLDT are the top local ISPs for the popular streaming service in the Philippines. The Netflix ISP Speed Index examines Netflix’s performance during peak hours on specific ISPs (internet service providers) worldwide.
Converge, Globe, and PLDT recorded the same speed of 3.2 Mbps in May 2021, followed by Royal Cable and SKYCable at 3.0 Mbps.
Converge, and Globe were also the fastest ISPs on the Netflix ISP Speed Index in January, February, and April of this year, with speeds of 3.2 Mbps. In March, however, Converge takes the top spot with 3.2 Mbps, followed by Globe with 3 Mbps.
