Vivo Philippines has announced the addition of a new phone to its bestselling list.
The Vivo Y12s is a budget phone that looks like the company’s higher-end models. It comes with a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB storage.
The device has a 5,000mAh battery, which Vivo claims will enable the Y12s to last for up to 16.3 hours of HD movie streaming. It has a fingerprint sensor on the side that also serves as a power key. The main camera is 13 megapixels, with a 2-megapixel sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel sensor on the center. It also comes preloaded with Android 10 and Funtouch OS 11 out of the box.

The Vivo Y12s is the country’s top smartphone brand’s second launch, coming just over two weeks after the Vivo Y20s (G). The smartphone is now available in Glacier Blue and Phantom Black colors nationally for P6,499 (roughly $135), P1,000 ($21) less than the Y20i and Y20i 2021.
