DITO Telecommunity passed its first-year commitment technical audit after registering a minimum broadband speed of 507.5 Mbps for its 5G service and 85.9 Mbps minimum speed for its 4G service.
DITO Telecom’s mobile internet speed on 4G Connectivity is 102.4 Mbps and 769.1 Mbps on 5G Connectivity when it is near the base station. And in the middle part, 4G Connectivity is at 91.2 Mbps, and in 5G Connectivity, it is 437.1 Mbps, NTC Said.
The test far from the base station is 4G Connectivity is at 64.4 Mbps, and 5G Connectivity is 316.5 Mbps, NTC Said.
DITO Telecom’s services will begin on March 8, 2021, in Visayas and Mindanao.
