Aside from the new iOS 16 for iPhones 8 and up, Apple has also released watchOS 9 for Apple watches.
Because watchOS9 focuses on fitness, users may now examine their heart rate zones during exercises and review their sleep patterns. Another improvement is the support for multisport workouts, which allows users to track their best performance. Aside from that, there is a reminder for the user to take their daily prescriptions, Quick actions, a redesigned Siri interface, and all new watch faces.
To install, your iPhone must first support and be upgraded to iOS 16. Simply open the Settings app, then select General, Software, and finally Update.
watchOS 9 requires an iPhone 8 or later running iOS 16 or later, as well as one of the following Apple Watch models:
- Apple Watch Series 4
- Apple Watch Series 5
- Apple Watch SE
- Apple Watch Series 6
- Apple Watch Series 7
