Samsung launches The Sero display and a TV Christmas sale in the Philippines

In the Philippines, Samsung has launched The Sero, the world’s first rotating TV, as well as a TV Christmas sale.

The Sero has an Auto-Rotating screen that can be switched between portrait and landscape modes using the remote control, the SmartThings app on a mobile device, or Bixby voice command. The Sero comes with a 43-inch display with true 4K resolution and AI upscaling. It also includes 4.1ch 60W Front Firing speakers with base-enhancing woofers for a wide range of low-frequency sounds.

In addition to The Sero’s availability in the Philippines, Samsung has announced its TV Christmas sale. Samsung is offering savings of up to PHP 40,000 on premium 4K Smart TVs and up to PHP 8,000 on sound devices to those at the top of the “nice list.” Fans of Samsung’s Lifestyle TVs can get net cash discounts and freebies on popular models like The Frame, The Serif, and The Premier. Furthermore, until the end of the year, Samsung is offering 6-month HBO GO and 1-year Viu Premium subscriptions to customers who purchase select TVs.

The Sero from Samsung costs PHP 74,999 and is available from authorized Samsung dealer stores. Customers who purchase this between November 1 and 30, 2021 will receive a free Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, as well as 6 months of HBO Go and a one-year Viu Premium subscription.
