PSBank Customers can now pay their loans via ECPay and 7-Eleven

Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) has partnered with Electronic Commerce Payments Inc. (ECPay), the Philippines’ premier electronic payment service provider, to offer more payment and digital transaction choices to its customers.

Customers can now pay their auto, home, Flexi Personal, and business loans at any of 7-Eleven’s 3,000 locations, one of ECPay’s merchant partners.

Payment with ECPay through 7-Eleven can be made in two ways. Customers should first go to a CLiQQ kiosk and pick “Bills Payment,” “Loans,” and then “PSBank.” They must next encrypt their loan account number, mobile number, and outstanding balance. They must tap “Confirm” after inputting the needed information and wait for the barcode to be created, which they must provide to the cashier for verification. They hand over their cash payment to the cashier, together with the matching service fee, once it has been validated. The cashier issues an official receipt that is generated electronically and serves as proof of payment. The Bank will only accept machine-validated payment receipts or an electronic acknowledgment receipt.

The second alternative is better for people who are constantly on the move. They can perform a comparable purchase using the 7-Eleven CLiQQ app, which is available for download for free. Customers visit a 7-Eleven branch to present the barcode produced on their app for validation, pay the amount due, and receive an official receipt using the same procedure.

Payment options

Only loan accounts that are active, current, or updated are eligible for 7-Eleven payments. Customers can pay in whole or in part on or before their due date. Only cash is accepted at 7-Eleven. Customers can pay up to P10,000 for each transaction if they use a CLiQQ kiosk machine or up to P50,000 if they use the CLiQQ app.

Customers can check if the payment has been posted by going to My Accounts in PSBank Mobile, My Loan Accounts in PSBank Online, or Basic Banking in Business Online Buddy and looking at the transaction history.

PSBank loans can now be paid via ECPay through its merchant partner 7-Eleven, adding to a long list of loan payment options available to PSBank customers, including PSBank Mobile, PSBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, GCash, PSBank ATMs, BancNet-member banks’ ATMs, and Business Online Buddy for corporate accounts. All of these services are available without needing to visit a PSBank branch, as part of the Bank’s commitment to providing customers with a seamless and convenient banking experience.
