Poco seems to have something new in the works for us. The Poco M3 Pro will join the vanilla M3 in Poco’s ever-expanding lineup. It’s a change close to what Poco did recently with the X3 and X3 Pro.
Unlike those two, however, it appears that the M3 Pro will not look similar to the M3, instead opting for a distinct form of standout style. This is focused on the leaked renders, which you can see below.
According to Kevin Xiaobo Qiu, the head of Poco Global, and Angus Ng, Poco’s global head of product marketing, the M3 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity chipset, as opposed to the M3. The exact SoC has not been revealed, but it will outperform the Snapdragon 662 in the non-Pro handset. According to internal company testing, one scored 301,635 in AnTuTu, while the upcoming M3 Pro scored 329,072.
It would have 5G connectivity since it is a Dimensity. In addition, the Poco M3 Pro will have a high refresh rate screen, which is an improvement over the M3. As you can see, it will come in three different shades, like Poco yellow.
Surprisingly, the Poco X3 will be phased out as the Poco M3 Pro is released. The M3 Pro will be priced similarly to that model, and for those looking for even better results, there’s the Poco X3 Pro.
