Ookla: Philippines mobile internet at 35.03 Mbps, and fixed broadband at 71.85 Mbps, for September 2021

According to Ookla’s latest Speedtest Global Index for September 2021, the Philippines’ average mobile internet download speed is 35.03 Mbps, while the average fixed broadband download speed is 71.85 Mbps.

With an average download speed of 35.03 Mbps, an average upload speed of 8.54 Mbps, and a latency of 32ms, the Philippines is now ranked 72nd in mobile. In terms of Fixed Broadband speeds, the Philippines falls to 64th place, with an average download speed of 71.85 Mbps, upload speed of 70.32 Mbps, and latency of 19ms. The Philippines has made steady progress, but it still has a long way to go compared to the UAE’s mobile download speed of 238.06 Mbps and Monaco’s Fixed Broadband download speed of 261.82 Mbps.
