Ookla April 2022: Philippines mobile internet at a speed of 19.45 Mbps and fixed broadband at a speed of 55.21 Mbps

The results of Ookla’s April 2022 Speedtest Global Index rankings have been revealed, with median mobile speeds of 19.45 Mbps and fixed broadband speeds of 55.21 Mbps.

The median download speed for mobile devices is 19.45 Mbps, while the upload speed is 5.52 Mbps. The median download speed for fixed broadband is 55.21 Mbps, with a 52.10 Mbps upload speed.

To compare, mobile performance is 30.75 Mbps globally, whereas fixed broadband speed is 63.46 Mbps globally.

Mobile download speed in the UAE is 134.48 Mbps, whereas fixed broadband in Singapore is 207.61 Mbps.
