OnePlus 9R, OnePlus released its first “R” phone in 2021. However, this phone was only available in China and India, and it was the OnePlus 9’s, entry-level model. The OnePlus 9RT, released at the end of last year, was the company’s follow-up.
Today, details about the OnePlus 10R, the genuine successor to the 9R, were released. A “reliable source” who spoke with Android Central revealed a lot about the upcoming smartphone.
According to the leaker, the 10R could be powered by the MediaTek Density 9000. This is important news because the OnePlus 9R and 9RT, like the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, arrived with Qualcomm chipsets. The OnePlus 10 Pro already features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor; therefore, a MediaTek processor for the OnePlus 10R is surprising.
A 120Hz AMOLED display, at least 8GB of RAM, and at least 128GB of storage are all possibilities for the 10R.
According to the source, the OnePlus 10R could be released by the end of Q2 2022. This delay is expected to prevent the 10R from undercutting sales of the 9RT, which was only recently released in India.
Surprisingly, we still don’t know anything about the OnePlus 10. The 10 Pro and 10R will probably be released before the standard model.
According to Android Central, stay tuned for more information on the OnePlus 10R camera.
