No Vaccine, No Ride Policy has been lifted under Alert Level 2

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) declared on February 1 that the “no vaxx, no ride” requirement in Metro Manila will be automatically lifted while the city is put on Alert Level 2.

The national government recently stated that Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, and Rizal counties will be placed on Alert Level 2 beginning February 1.

To recall, DOTr implemented NCR’s “no vaxx, no ride” regulation on January 12, 2022. The regulation will be enforced as long as a COVID-19 Alert Level 3 or higher is hoisted in the NCR, as defined by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).
