Netflix will begin offering video games in 2022

Netflix plans to extend its video game platform in 2022 and has already hired a former EA and Facebook executive to manage the initiative.

According to Bloomberg, Netflix has hired Mike Verdu as its vice president of game development. Verdu was previously a vice president at Facebook, where he was responsible for collaborating with developers to bring games to the Oculus platform. The corporation is also said to be expanding its gaming team in the coming months, with roles in-game creation already being advertised. The games will debut on Netflix as a new programming genre, with no plans to charge extra for the material at this time.

  1. I loved playing Moss on Quest! For those that haven’t played it yet, what you see on this doesn’t fully represent the visual depth while playing. The haptic feedback in the controllers helped draw me in even further!
As a huge fantasy game player, I recommend this game to everyone I know that just got a quest.
My dream adventure game on Quest would be a new version of the classic game Myst! Oculus platform is still working hard to make these types of games for Netflix in the future.
