Manny Pacquiao’s skin will be available in Mobile Legends: BangBang on April 13th.
Soon, the Manny Pacquiao-inspired character “Paquito” in Mobile Legends will receive an Epic Skin in the exact likeness of the Boxer – Senator, complete with his signature tattoos. Paquito was formally added to the roster of heroes by Moonton, the creators of Mobile Legends, in January of this year. Pacquiao inspired the character, who acted as the game’s endorser in November 2020, to commemorate the game’s one billionth download worldwide. Mobile Legends is extremely common in the Philippines, with 25 million monthly active users as of November.
According to credible leaks, the Manny Pacquiao skin would have Filipino voice lines but will most likely not be voiced by Pacquiao himself. It’s also rumored to be one of the most expensive skins in the series. These can be bought with an in-game currency known as “Diamonds,” which can be purchased with real money on e-wallet apps such as PayMaya for as little as Php 10 for 11 Diamonds.
To give you an idea, normal skins cost about Php 250, Elite skins cost between Php 400 and Php 600, Special skins cost Php 750, and Epic skins cost between Php 900 Php 1,200. There are also limited-time event skins that can fetch between Php 5,000 and Php 7,000. The rarest of them all, however, is the Legend skins, which can fetch up to Php 12,000.
The price of the Manny Pacquiao Epic skin for Mobile Legends will be known by the time it is released on April 13, 2021. Unfortunately, foreign users will not be able to purchase this skin for this character because it will be available primarily to players in the SEA area, which includes the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
