Along with the iQOO 7, iQOO will introduce the iQOO 7 Legend, created in partnership with BMW M Motorsport. It has the same internals as the regular iQOO 7, but a different theme in China. It has a leather-wrapped rear panel with BMW’s vibrant stripes running the length of it.
The iQOO 7 is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC and comes with Android 11-based OriginOS, but it will boot Funtouch OS in India since OriginOS is currently only available in China.
The flagship phone features a 6.62″ FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen with a punch hole in the center for the 16MP selfie camera and a fingerprint reader underneath for password-free activation.
The back cover of the phone houses a triple camera setup that includes a 48MP main camera, a 13MP telephoto camera, and a 13MP ultrawide camera. The entire package is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery with 120W charging, but iQOO 7 Legend Indian units only go up to 66W, which is disappointing.
The iQOO 7 and iQOO 7 Legend price in India is currently uncertain, but we do know that the regular version would cost less than INR40,000 ($530/€445).
