In an effort to integrate all platforms into the GlobeOne app and improve the user experience, Globe has announced that they will be deactivating all other mobile applications over the course of the year.
For both Globe and TM users, the Globe One app will be the go-to digital tool because it will reduce the amount of applications necessary for various tasks.
While the Switch and Rewards applications have already been combined into the New GlobeOne app since last November, the TM, Globe, At Home, and the old Globe One apps are slated to be retired.
“Unifying our Globe apps enhances the way we interact with our customers. Beyond the empowerment we strive to provide through our continuous innovation, we believe this is a huge step towards our vision of being a catalyst for a better, more digitally-enabled Philippines,” said Patrick Dela Cruz, Head of Digital Product Execution and Operations at Globe.
Customers may access, track, and manage all of their Globe subscriptions and accounts with the New GlobeOne App.
