All users need to do is go to their nearest Globe store and have the SIM replaced. If the network light on a user’s modem is remains red after many reset attempts, the SIM has to be replaced. Users can keep their accounts active by loading and maintaining PHP 10 on their computers.

Users can also make an appointment at their nearest Globe Store using this website for a free SIM replacement. On the day of your appointment, bring your Home Prepaid WiFi modem with the expired SIM.
