Globe offers a free SIM replacement service for Home Prepaid WiFi customers

Globe has officially announced that anyone who have a Globe at Home Prepaid WiFI SIM can get a replacement for free.

All users need to do is go to their nearest Globe store and have the SIM replaced. If the network light on a user’s modem is remains red after many reset attempts, the SIM has to be replaced. Users can keep their accounts active by loading and maintaining PHP 10 on their computers.

“At Globe At Home, we care about our clients and give them with fast, convenient, and free SIM replacement so they can continue to get the most out of their home prepaid wifi investment,” said Barbie Dapul, Globe At Home VP for Marketing.

Users can also make an appointment at their nearest Globe Store using this website for a free SIM replacement. On the day of your appointment, bring your Home Prepaid WiFi modem with the expired SIM.
