Globe is the Philippines’ favorite telco, according to The Method Research

According to a recent Philippine study conducted by an international market research firm, Globe has once again emerged as the country’s favorite telco brand. This bolsters the company’s efforts to provide a vastly improved customer experience and demonstrates that now is the #BestTimeWithGlobe.

According to an October poll conducted by The Method Research (Pulse Poll Philippines)[1,], nearly four out of every ten Filipinos in the country preferred Globe. Approximately 39.1 percent of respondents chose the digital solutions provider, which is three points higher than the 36.1 percent recorded in August 2021.

Globe led Smart, whose score fell from 22.5 percent to 17.3 percent. Other service providers received the following ratings: PLDT (15%), TNT (13.5%), TM (9.8%), and DITO (5.3%). Globe was also the most popular telco in Luzon (42.2%), Visayas (34.1%), and Mindanao (38.6%).
