Can I buy a DITO sim card even if I don’t have a VoLTE compatible phone?

Since DITO employs next-generation technology, the DITO SIM card is only compatible with some DITO compatible VoLTE cell phones. We recommend that you use only compatible cell phones to get the most out of your DITO experience. Please check this connection for a list of compatible mobile phones.

How much is DITO Sim Card?

The SIM card costs P40.00 for Handset Retail Partners and DITO Experience Stores and include 1GB of data valid for 7 days.

Where can I buy a DITO Sim card?

The DITO SIM Card is available for purchase through the DITO Online Store, DITO Experience Shops, Lazada, Shopee, and retail partner stores. The DITO Online Store can be accessed by scanning the sign-up QR code found on the DITO Telecommunity Website. Check out our list of partner stores here. Due to the pandemic, we strongly advise you to place your orders online.

How do I activate my DITO Sim Card? 

You can activate your DITO SIM Card in just 3 easy steps!

  • 1) Insert your DITO SIM Card on your mobile phone
  • 2) Access your data or try your first call/text
  • 3) A welcome text and email will be sent very shortly once your SIM is already activated

What is the inclusion of the DITO Sim Card?

The DITO SIM card includes 1GB of data that is valid for 7 days.

Where can I top up or purchase credits load?

Load credits can be purchased via the DITO App, DITO Experience Stores, Lazada, and retail partners.

Can I share my DITO load credits with other DITO Subscribers?

Yes, you can freely share your load credits through the DITO App! You will exchange P5.00 – P1,000 per transaction, with a daily limit of 5 trades. Please keep in mind that a P1.00 maintaining balance is expected and that you cannot move all of your load credits.

How do I set up my data service on my mobile phones?

You can set up your DITO SIM card in just 4 easy steps:

1. Insert your new DITO SIM Card on your mobile phone.

2. Go to “Settings” and click “Mobile Network.” Then choose “Access point name.”

3. Click “Add button” and manually type “Internet.dito.ph” on the APN field. After that, click “Save.”

4. Open your “Mobile Data.” You will receive a Welcome SMS once SIM is activated. DITO App Download link and initial password to log in are also included.

This means that DITO subscribers will be able to make and receive calls and messages from other networks and vice versa.

Can I call or text other networks? Can I receive calls or texts from other networks?

Yes, you can already communicate with subscribers on other networks.
