Cignal Connect satellite broadband service now available in the Philippines, starts at PHP 6,500 per month!

Cignal Connect, a satellite broadband service, was recently launched by Cignal TV.

Satellite broadband is described as a technology that provides internet access to areas not currently served by fiber or mobile broadband. As a result, Cignal Link, according to Cignal, aims to offer internet access and connectivity to areas with minimal or no broadband service.

Cignal Connect comes in four different plan sizes: 2 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 8 Mbps, and 10 Mbps. Take a look at the information given below.

PHP 6,500 per month – 2 Mbps max download, 0.5 Mbps max upload

PHP 14,500 per month – 5 Mbps max download, 1 Mbps max upload

PHP 19,500 per month – 8 Mbps max download, 1 Mbps max upload

PHP 23,500 per month – 10 Mbps max download, 1 Mbps max upload

Please keep in mind that all plans have a 12-month lock-in duration. Furthermore, Cignal Connect’s satellite broadband services are subject to an equal distribution of network capital among its customers. As a result, the stated speeds are the maximum speeds.

The installation fee is PHP 6,000, and the kit is PHP 36,000. The package includes the 1.2m Antenna, 3W BUC, and HT 2300 Modem.

The combination of the 1.2 antenna and the 3W BUC (Block Upconverter) provides a secure link and optimum quality of service, according to Cignal. At the same time, the HT 2300 Modem is a satellite terminal optimized for residential and SME use.

Cignal Connect is currently available in the Philippines. However, according to the company’s website, it will soon be accessible in Visayas and Mindanao.
