Since late August, vivo has teased the release of the new vivo Y16 smartphone. However, it has now been officially introduced in the Philippines.
It has a 6.51-inch Halo FullView display, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and face unlock capabilities.
Its cameras include a 13MP primary and a 2MP secondary, as well as a 5MP front-facing camera with an Aurora Screen Light for increased low-light performance.
It includes the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, as well as an innovative Multi Turbo 5.5 and Ultra Game Mode for an enhanced gaming experience.
It also has 4GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage, and a big 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W rapid charging. Check out the full specifications and price list below.

The vivo Y16 is priced at PHP 8,499 for the 4GB+128GB device, with a 4GB+64GB model expected soon.
Starting September 17, 2022, it will be available on vivo’s official website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok shop, and vivo’s official physical stores and kiosks countrywide.
