Globe ranks first among Ookla's most reliable network analysis

According to an analysis by Ookla of Speedtest Intelligence, Globe has received the title of Most Reliable Mobile Network in the Philippines for the second quarter of 2022.

Globe scored 79.44 for consistency, and 93.11 for most readily available technologies. Globe has a little two-point lead over the next player in consistency score.

234 new cell sites were installed as part of the year’s first quarter’s network expansion. 380 additional 5G sites, 470,000 fiber-to-the-home lines, and more than 3,500 mobile sites have all been upgraded.

Globe installed 1.4 million fiber-to-the-home connections, 2,017 new towers, 22,3090 upgraded mobile sites to 4G/LTE, and 2,000 new 5G sites nationwide just in 2021. This year, Globe plans to construct 1,700 additional cell sites altogether.
